Agrosava won second place in 2019. year (Recognition) for the process of selection and recruitment through the Infostud website, within the project "Evaluate the way to work".
The results were obtained based on feedback from candidates about the selection and recruitment process in our company.
Candidates gave us a positive assessment of:
- approach when scheduling testing/interviews;
- obtaining information from company representatives o the job they applied for;
- efficiency of the selection process;
- way of notifying candidates about the outcome of the competition.
We will try to be at the very top in the field of Human Resources in the coming years.
