Cooler and Liner Operator

Agrosava is a company founded in 1990. in Belgrade. Production and distribution facilities are in Šimanovci. Currently, production programs include the production of agrochemicals, a seed processing center with a seed dryer, the production of plastic packaging, a printing house, and a distribution center for agrochemicals and seeds. Job description:

Starts and stops the coater and cooler and related equipment in order to produce a specific food formula;
Follows the production plan and performs production in accordance with the technical technological documentation for that purpose;
Adjusts and maintains the operating parameters of the cooler and coater;
Performs process control of produced food according to the procedures and instructions for process control and ensures the conformity of semi-products in accordance with the defined parameters;
Makes daily records necessary to monitor production;
He/She takes care of the proper operation of the machine and immediately reports any problem in operation to the maintenance department;
He/She takes care of the orderliness and organization of the work space;
acts in accordance with the requirements necessary to ensure food safety;
Performs other duties as directed by the director.

Conditions:

Secondary school of technical or mechanical orientation or KV worker;
Degree III/IV;
Work experience of at least 2 years in industry, in the process sector in similar jobs is necessary;
Good general technical education and experience, knowledge of mechanics is an advantage;
License to operate a forklift is an advantage.
